Camera systems planned around your property, your operations, and the details you need to see.
Lantex installs and supports video surveillance for commercial, industrial, and multifamily properties—from vehicle entrances and outdoor yards to work areas and building perimeters.
A wide view of the yard and a detailed view of an entrance serve different purposes. We start with your priorities, then plan camera locations, connections, and recording around them.
01 / PANORAMIC & MULTISENSOR
See more of the scene.
Panoramic and multisensor cameras offer wide-area views for vehicle lanes, pedestrian entrances, loading areas, and building approaches. We balance the overall view with the detail needed in each area.

Camera placement and cable routes
02 / PTZ CAMERAS
Look closer when needed.
Pan, tilt, and zoom cameras let an operator change the view and examine activity more closely. We consider how they complement dedicated views so important views remain covered.

03 / EXISTING SYSTEMS
Build on what you have.
Adding cameras, replacing aging equipment, or troubleshooting an unreliable view? We review the existing installation before defining an upgrade.

MODERN CAMERA SYSTEMS
From the entrance to the working yard.
Outdoor surveillance needs more than a camera: a useful viewing angle, a suitable mounting point, and reliable power and connectivity all matter.
Panoramic & multisensor systems
Multiple views from a coordinated camera platform. We discuss coverage, image detail, and recording requirements around your property.
PTZ control & optical detail
Change direction and zoom into activity with a PTZ system selected for the site, lighting, and operator requirements.

MULTIFAMILY & GATED COMMUNITIES
A welcoming entrance. A clearer view.
Camera coverage and entry electronics also serve the daily needs of HOAs and multifamily properties. We plan around residents, visitors, and the way each entrance is used.

BEYOND THE LIVE VIEW
Record it. Find it. Review it.
A useful camera system needs a practical way to review recorded activity. We discuss recording equipment, storage requirements, user access, and the way your team needs to retrieve video.
Remote viewing can be included where supported by the selected system. We plan access permissions and network requirements with your team or IT provider.
Recording duration depends on camera count, resolution, frame rate, recording schedules, and available storage. These requirements belong in the project scope.
We can review the manufacturer, model, recorder, and network connections to determine what can be supported or reused. Compatibility is confirmed before the scope is finalized.
Can one PTZ camera cover everything?
A PTZ camera changes direction and zoom, so its view changes. We discuss where continuous views are needed and where a PTZ camera adds value.
Can cameras connect across an outdoor site?
Depending on the distance and site conditions, copper cabling, fiber, or an outdoor wireless link may be appropriate. We assess the route, power, and connection requirements.
Do you install license plate recognition systems?
Vehicle identification and access workflows require a dedicated design, including camera placement and compatible controls. See our Access Control page for license plate recognition.
What should we send for an estimate?
Tell us the general property type, areas of concern, existing equipment if known, approximate camera count, recording needs, and preferred timing. We can discuss site-specific details privately.
