Basically I’ve been a nerd since I was a kid. I started out with those radio kits from Radio Shack, then had a CB radio and started soldering mics and antennas, then I got my HAM radio license which all led to my interests in telephones, networking, computing, access controls, switches, well you get the idea.
So after spending my first 15 years working in various form of communications and customer service, I started fixing the same pieces of telecom gear I used.
So in 1999, I took all the credit cards, and turned the truck into a work truck and started advertising $45 telephone jacks. Then moved into the commercial field, got some education maintained all my previous work contacts and never looked back, 20+ years later.
